Very good article! I believe some humility in leaders who nurture future leaders can go a long way. When an established realizes that there are several impactful styles of leadership, they would not force their future leaders to be their own copies. In my opinion, one of the best things one can do for their mentee is to lend one's own network to have mentee experience different leaders who have different styles and philosophies. Thanks
